Refund policy
General Policy: No Standard Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, size changes, or buyer's remorse. Please ensure your selection is correct before completing your purchase.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will process a full refund for your purchase.
- Notification Period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return due to a defect or damage.
- Condition: To eligibility for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return for Defective Items
- Contact our support team immediately at support@dreasyworld.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances can we accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned defective item. If the defect is verified, your full refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@dreasyworld.com.
